§1679c. Disclosures
(a) Disclosure required
Any credit repair organization shall provide any consumer with the following written statement before any contract or agreement between the consumer and the credit repair organization is executed:
"Consumer Credit File Rights under State and Federal Law"
You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly.
However, neither you nor any 'credit repair' company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report.
The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over 7 years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for 10 years.
You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee, however, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days.
The credit bureau must provide someone to help you interpret the information in your credit file. You are entitled to receive a free copy of your credit report if you are unemployed and intend to apply for employment in the next 60 days, if you are a recipient of public welfare assistance, or if you have reason to believe that there is inaccurate information in your credit report due to fraud.
You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organization Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.
You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it.
Credit bureaus are required to follow reasonable procedures to ensure that the information they report is accurate. However, mistakes may occur.
You may, on your own, notify a credit bureau in writing that you dispute the accuracy of information in your credit file. The credit bureau must then reinvestigate and modify or remove inaccurate or incomplete information.
The credit bureau may not charge any fee for this service. Any pertinent information and copies of all documents you have concerning an error should be given to the credit bureau.
If the credit bureau's reinvestigation does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may send a brief statement to the credit bureau, to be kept in your file, explaining why you think the record is inaccurate. The credit bureau must include a summary of your statement about disputed information with any report it issues about you.

1. Purchase and Import your Credit Reports and Scores
Using our AI generated software you will opt in to purchase your credit report monitor to connect, link and import your credit reports and scores from all 3 credit bureaus through our credit report partner(s) as suggested on the site upon sign up.
2. Review your Credit Reports and Scores
Once you have purchased your credit monitor you may then connect your credit monitor with our free software to auto generate your dispute letters for your review from your current credit reports with all 3 credit bureaus to assist you in how to identify potentially inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information that may adversely impact your credit scores.
3. Generate Credit Bureau Dispute Letters
Our Ai systems may allow you to preview your generated dispute letters to dispute and contest potentially inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information for any accounts on your credit reports.
4. Monitor your Results
Credit Fitness Credit Set Go Program may virtually assist you with automatically importing your updated credit reports and scores from your linked credit monitoring account every 30 days to track your disputes and credit repair status.
5. Credit Education
Credit Fitness Credit Set Go Program will provide educational LIVE virtual trainings and pre recorded videos that walk you through the steps to keep your credit profile and scores accurate and bankable.
Authorizations
Effective upon linking and importing your credit reports to your Credit Fitness Credit SetGo Program account and/or any other Credit Fitness website(s), you authorize CreditFitness Credit Inc to store your credit report and score details as well as your credit report account credentials with our credit partner(s) as disclosed upon sign up. You authorize Credit Fitness to access your credit report account with our credit partner(s) every 30 days for the purpose of importing your updated credit reports and scores. You have the ability to log into your account with our credit partner(s) at any time and disconnect your credit report so that your credit report updates are no longer imported into Credit Fitness Progress Portal.
Credit Fitness Credit Set Go Program and Private Client Fees
The Credit Fitness Credit Set Go Program service is free. The sole expense related with the Credit Fitness Credit Set Go Program service is the monthly subscription fees charged by our credit report partner and/or partners as disclosed on our company site. If you decide that you want to participate using additional Credit Set Go options under GO Private Client the fees are based on a one-time payment and not a monthly subscription. ALL Payments are paid in whole but scheduled in part for your convenience. Private client fees are non refundable and considered as earned in full upon sign up.
Duration
FOR PRIVATE CLIENTS ONLY: After you set up your Credit Fitness Credit Set Go Private Client Program account you can access your account with Credit Fitness at any time for up to 12 calendar months of the date of paid invoice. You can use the account to generate and track your dispute progress, gain access to credit building resources and/or group coaching on how to manage and build your personal credit profile with all three major credit bureaus.

Cancellation
You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation at any time. Any payments paid are in part and considered earned in full. If you should cancel your services, the remaining in part payments will still be collectable, until the full balance is paid in full. Payment terms are NOT a monthly subscription, but payment(s) in part towards the full amount(s) listed on the respective Credit Fitness Website(s) for your convenience only. If you stop payment, adverse actions may be placed against you and/or a negative credit reporting may be applied to your personal credit report with the three major credit reporting agencies.
While Credit Fitness Credit Set Go Program gives you access to free software, users have the option to link an active credit monitoring subscription service through the suggested third-party provider. To cancel your credit monitoring subscription, contact our credit monitor partner(s) by directly using the information and instructions provided on their website under “contact us.” You may also request to cancel your credit monitoring subscription by logging into your Credit Fitness Credit Set Go Program account to submit your request 14 days before your next billing anniversary date. If you do not cancel at least 48 business hours before your next billing cycle, our credit report partners will bill and debit any debit and/or credit card used to secure your subscription. Charge backs and refunds are not acceptable and will be considered as earned. Any charge backs applied may remove you immediately from the Free Credit Set Go Program and/or any other free or fee based Credit Fitness offers.
REFUNDS: CREDIT REPORT MONITOR(S) SUBSCRIPTIONS ONLY
There are no refunds on discounted offers, subscription or lifetime plans and products delivered in electronic (digital) format. All sales are final. No exceptions.
Credit Monitor(s) cancellation
If you want to cancel a CREDIT MONITOR subscription you use with any of Credit Fitness Inc, do-it yourself program(s), please login to your RESPECTIVE third party credit monitor account and under billing to cancel your subscription with a click of a button.
We do NOT own any rights to or provide credit monitoring access. All billing is handled by the respective credit monitor third party affiliate and should be contacted directly through the means provided on their company website. If you should need further assistance in canceling your services after contacting the third party credit monitor affiliate, you can also send an email to support@creditfitness.co for additional help with any further concerns or questions regarding cancelation. When you cancel a subscription with the respective credit monitor(s), you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise specified by the respective credit monitor third party affiliate. You may or may not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fees you paid for the current or prior billing periods.
Example: If the third party credit monitor affiliate processes a cancellation of a monthly subscription on the April 1st you will continue to receive the benefits of that subscription until April 30th and there will not be a refund of any part of the April monthly subscription fee. You will neither be billed for nor receive the benefits of the cancelled subscription after April.
We understand that circumstances may change, and personal preferences may evolve. However, Credit Fitness Inc does NOT provide refunds for the use and access to your credit monitor.
REFUND: NO Refunds on ANY PROGRAM SUBSCRIPTIONS.
Change of Mind: We understand that circumstances may change, and personal preferences may evolve. However, we cannot provide refunds for any software, consulting and coaching programs based on changes of mind or personal circumstances once the product or service has been delivered.
CANCELLATION: ALL ANNUAL AND QUARTERLY PROGRAM SUBSCRIPTIONS.
Any payments paid are in part and considered earned in full. If you should cancel your services, the remaining in part payments will still be collectable, until the full balance is paid in full.
Payment terms are NOT a monthly subscription, but payment(s) in part towards the full amount(s) listed on the respective Credit Fitness affiliate site(s) for your convenience only. CHARGEBACKS and stop payments will NOT be honored and adverse actions may be placed against you and/or a negative credit reporting may be applied to your personal credit report with the three major credit reporting agencies.
Payment Cancellation
Example for Quarterly Payments: If a request to process a cancellation of an ANNUAL Subscription on May 2nd that you agreed to pay for with quarterly payments (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and September 1st), you will continue to receive the benefits of that subscription until the end of that respective calendar year. There will not be a refund of any part of the annual subscription fee already paid, and you must make the two remaining quarterly payments (July 1st and September 1st). You will neither be billed for nor receive the benefits of the cancelled subscription after the end of the annual subscription period.
Example for Monthly Payments: If a request for cancellation of an ANNUAL Subscription is made on May 2nd that you agreed to pay for with monthly payments (January 1st, thru December 1st), you will continue to receive the benefits of that subscription until the end of the year. There will not be a refund of any part of the annual subscription fee already paid, and you must make the (7) seven remaining monthly payments (June 1st thru December 1st). You will neither be billed for, nor receive the benefits of the cancelled subscription after the end of the annual subscription period.
Do not wait until the end of a billing or subscription period to make an ANNUAL subscription cancellation request. ALL CANCEL requests are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive them. US Postal mail may take longer for us to receive and process your request than electronic mail. We recommend that you login to your respective Credit Fitness Portal and/or email your request to support@CreditFitness.co . Provide us with your First and Last Name account/subscription number in the subject line (if you have one) to process your request in a timely manner.
We will confirm your subscription has been cancelled by either email or US postal mail.
TRIAL OFFER, AUTOMATIC ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION
Where we and/or our affiliate partners offer you a free trial of your credit software, coaching and/or coaching program, such free trial will start immediately after your registration and continue for the free trial offer period as indicated on the Credit Fitness Website and/or your signed digital agreement at the time of registration. Free trial subscriptions are only
available to new subscribers and for the limited periods as set out on the Credit Fitness Website. Previous subscribers or those subscribers who have already benefited from a free trial subscription do not qualify for a further free trial period.
Credit Fitness and/or its affiliate partners may or may not email a reminder that your trial is ending at least 7 days prior to you being charged. If you do not want to continue your subscription after your free trial comes to an end, you must contact us at least 72 business hours before your free trial period ends by submitting a cancellation request to us by logging in to the Credit Fitness portal or via our support email address support@creditfitness.co.
If you do not contact us at least 72 business hours before your free trial period ends to cancel, your subscription will automatically continue and the payment card that you provided at the time of enrollment online will be charged the full subscription monthly membership subscription rate provided at the time of enrollment each month/quarter until you cancel. Credit Fitness can change the monthly membership subscription rate at any time. If the membership subscription rate changes after you subscribe, we may notify you by email and give you an opportunity to cancel.
Credit Set GO IS NOT A CREDIT REPAIR ORGANIZATION.
Credit Fitness Credit Set Go Program is not acting as a credit repair organization, or providing credit repair services as regulated organization under other applicable law and does not provide any form of credit repair advice or counseling. Rather Credit Fitness Credit Set Go Program provides the Client with access to their consumer credit report(s) and other credit-related information services to follow Do It Yourself instructions to carry out credit report improvement and accuracy.
Privacy
When you use a Credit Fitness, Inc Service, you are also subject to the terms and conditions set forth in our Privacy Policy, which you should review to understand our practices.
Electronic Communications
When you use Credit Fitness, Inc Services, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, or notices and messages on this site or through the other Credit Fitness, Inc Services, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communication that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Text Message (SMS) Terms of Use
1. Credit Fitness, Inc will send reminders, account updates, support information, one (1) to one (1) messages, and promotional messages to users who register through our website forms or partners’ online forms.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to opt out. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Phone Carriers and Credit Fitness, Inc are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
5. Please note, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Credit Fitness’ trademarks include both registered and unregistered marks that may be found on Credit Fitness’ website and within its software. In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any Credit Fitness, Inc Service are trademarks or trade dress of Credit Fitness, Inc in the U.S. and other countries. Credit Fitness' trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Credit Fitness', in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Credit Fitness. All other trademarks not owned by Credit Fitness, Inc that appear in any Credit Fitness, Inc Service are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Credit Fitness.
License and Access
Subject to your compliance with these Conditions of Use and any Service Terms, and your payment of any applicable fees, Credit Fitness, Inc or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the Credit Fitness, Inc Services. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any Credit Fitness, Inc Services, or its contents; any derivative use of any Credit Fitness, Inc Services or its contents; any downloading, copying, or other use of account information for the benefit of any third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms are reserved and retained by Credit Fitness, Inc or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rights holders, or other content providers. No Credit Fitness, Inc Services, nor any part of any Credit Fitness, Inc Services, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Credit Fitness. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Credit Fitness, Inc without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text"
utilizing Credit Fitness's name or trademarks without the express written consent of Credit Fitness. You may not misuse the Credit Fitness, Inc Services. You may use the Credit Fitness, Inc Services only as permitted by law and these Conditions of Use and any Service Terms. The licenses granted by Credit Fitness, Inc terminate if you do not comply with these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms.
Your Account
You may need your own Credit Fitness, Inc account to use certain Credit Fitness, Inc Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. Payments may be handled by a third-party vendor. In that case, your payment and the processing and/or handling thereof will also be governed by the terms and conditions, if any, of the third-party vendor responsible for handling your payment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content
If you do post content related to Credit Fitness, including reviews, or submit material to Credit Fitness, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Credit Fitness, Inc a nonexclusive, royalty- free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Credit Fitness, Inc and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Credit Fitness, Inc for all claims resulting from content you supply. Credit Fitness, Inc has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Credit Fitness, Inc takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
Other Businesses
Parties other than Credit Fitness, Inc provide services or software, or sell product lines, through the Credit Fitness, Inc Services. In addition, we provide links to the sites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses. If you purchase any of the products or services offered by these businesses or individuals, you are purchasing directly from those third parties, not from Credit Fitness. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant, the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals (including the content of their websites).
Credit Fitness, Inc does not assume, and expressly disclaims, any responsibility or liability for the actions, product(s), and content of all these, and any other, third parties. You should carefully review the privacy statements, terms and conditions, and other conditions of use of those third parties.

BY USING ANY CREDIT FITNESS, INC SERVICES, THEREBY AGREEING TO THESE CONDITIONS OF USE, YOU AND CREDIT FITNESS, INC MUTUALLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF ANY CREDIT FITNESS, INC SERVICES OR TO ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD OR DISTRIBUTED BY CREDIT FITNESS, INC OR THROUGH http://www.creditfitness.co
DISPUTES
By using any Credit Fitness, Inc Services, thereby agreeing to these Conditions of Use, you agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating in any way to your use of any Credit Fitness, Inc Services, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Credit Fitness, Inc or through www.creditfitness.co and other Website will be resolved through non-jury, or bench, trial. The exclusive venue and jurisdiction for such trial shall be Norristown, Pennsylvania. By using any Credit Fitness, Inc Services, thereby agreeing to these Conditions of Use, you waive any objection to venue in Montgomery County, Norristown Pennsylvania, including that such forum is inconvenient, and you expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction over you by a court sitting in Montgomery County, Norristown Pennsylvania and waive any objection to personal jurisdiction, including lack of minimum contacts. We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
MEDIATION
By using any Credit Fitness, Inc Services, thereby agreeing to these Conditions of Use, you agree that prior to instituting any action as set forth in the Disputes clause above, all disputes or claims arising out of or relating in any way to your use of any Credit Fitness, Inc Services, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Credit Fitness, Inc or through www.creditfitness.co, shall be attempted to be resolved through mediation. The mediator must be certified by the State of Pennsylvania, and the exclusive location for the mediation will shall be Montgomery County, Norristown Pennsylvania. You agree and stipulate that the requirement to mediate all disputes or claims is a condition precedent to instituting legal action against Credit Fitness, and you consent to any such action being dismissed without prejudice, with all attorneys' fees and expenses incurred by Credit Fitness, Inc obtaining said dismissal charged to you, in the event the mediation precondition has not been satisfied.
APPLICABLE LAW
By using any Credit Fitness, Inc Services, you agree that the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Credit Fitness, whether or not such dispute arises or relates to your use of a Credit Fitness, Inc Services.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, including the Credit Fitness, Inc Privacy Policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your use of Credit Fitness, Inc Services. ADDITIONAL CREDIT FITNESS, INC SOFTWARE TERMS
The following terms (“Software Terms”) also apply to any software (including any updates or upgrades to the software) and any related documentation we make available to you in connection with Credit Fitness, Inc Services (the "Credit Fitness, Inc Software", in addition to the Conditions of Use and any Service Terms.
1. Use of the Credit Fitness, Inc Software. You may use Credit Fitness, Inc Software solely for purposes of enabling you to use the Credit Fitness, Inc Services as provided by Credit Fitness, and as permitted by these Conditions of Use and any Service Terms. You may not Incorporate any portion of the Credit Fitness, Inc Software into other programs or compile any portion of it in combination with other programs, or otherwise copy (except to exercise rights granted in this section), modify, create derivative works of, distribute, assign any rights to, or license the Credit Fitness, Inc Software in whole or in part. All software used in any Credit Fitness, Inc Services is the property of Credit Fitness, Inc or its software suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
2. Use of Third-Party Services. When you use the Credit Fitness, Inc Software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties. Your use of these third-party services may be subject to the separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties.
3. No Reverse Engineering. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, tamper with, or bypass any security associated with the Credit Fitness, Inc Software, whether in whole or in part.
4. Updates. We may offer automatic or manual updates to the Credit Fitness Inc, Software at any time and without notice to you.
5. Conflicts. In the event of any conflict between these Conditions of Use and any other Credit Fitness, Inc or third-party terms applicable to any portion of Credit Fitness, Inc Software, such as open-source license terms, such other terms will control as to that portion of the Credit Fitness, Inc Software and only to the extent of the conflict.
REFUND POLICY
No Refund Policy for Software and Coaching. Thank you for your interest in our software, master classes and coaching services. Before making a purchase, it is important to carefully review and understand our no refund policy outlined below:
1. Software: Once the software has been delivered to you electronically and made accessible for use, we cannot provide refunds. Due to the nature of software products, we are unable to verify if the software has been installed, activated, or utilized. Therefore, we cannot accept refund requests based on claims of non-delivery or non- usage.
2. Evaluation and Free Trials: If we offer an evaluation period or free trial for our software, we encourage you to take advantage of it to evaluate the product's features, compatibility, and suitability for your needs. 3. Classes & Coaching Services: Our classes & coaching services involve the provision of expert guidance, support, and knowledge transfer. Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of coaching, refunds are not available once the services have been rendered. This is because the value of coaching is derived from the time, effort, and expertise provided by our coaches, which cannot be recovered once the service has been delivered.
4. Change of Mind: We understand that circumstances may change, and personal preferences may evolve. However, we cannot provide refunds for software, master classes, consulting or coaching based on changes of mind or personal circumstances once the product or service has been delivered.
5. Defective Software or Service: In the unlikely event that our software is proven to be defective and/or our classes and coaching services do not meet the expected standards, we encourage you to contact our Credit Fitness Customer Care team promptly. We will investigate the matter and, if there is a genuine issue, provide appropriate remedies, such as software updates, bug fixes, or an opportunity to address any concerns regarding the coaching service.
6. Unauthorized Use or Misuse: If we determine that the software has been obtained illegally, shared without proper authorization, or used in violation of the license agreement, or if our coaching services are misused or abused, we reserve the right to terminate associated rights or access without providing a refund.
7. Exceptions: In exceptional cases where specifically mandated by applicable consumer protection laws or regulations, we will comply and provide refunds as required by law.
